Ashref Hashim, Chairman
As founder and Chairman of DataPrompt International, Ashref has been an integral part of its continuous growth and development into a highly respected, global KPO company. His commitment to high client satisfaction and passion for marketing research permeates throughout the organization.
He has lectured and presented papers at many universities and spoken at seminars and conferences for leading organizations such as the ESOMAR and the American Marketing Association. Ashref continues to serve in various positions for many not-for-profit professional organizations.
Mr. Hashim devotes much time to supporting the work of the Indian community in Chicago through the Indo-American Center, as a board member and past president. He also serves the community through other cultural and development organizations.He received a Master’s degree from the University of Madras where he also served as a Research Fellow. He also studied at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Chuck Chakrapani, Head – Advanced Analytics
Chuck Chakrapani MA, MSc., PhD, CMRP, CIM, FSS is a recognized expert in Marketing Research and Statistics. Dr. Chakrapani has designed and executed strategic plans to drive revenue and profitability using innovative marketing and customer analytics approaches.
As chief knowledge officer and methodologist of the Advanced Analytics Group (AAG), Chuck provides out of the box solutions for our clients in the insurance, banking, healthcare and technology verticals. His work provides clients with actionable marketing insights and options for rational decision-making. He gives guidance to clients about issues such as predictive modeling, advanced multivariate analysis, data integration, database marketing, and dashboard development.
His experience in consulting and teaching in quantitative methods, enables Chuck and his team to provide unique solutions to business problems. Results have been successfully used to bolster bottom line, reduce churn, improve retention, augment customer acquisition, and improve customer/user satisfaction and loyalty, and provide insight into virtually all areas of marketing.
He has held academic appointments at the London Business School in England, McMaster University, University of Guelph and University of Liverpool.
